Hagi's Constanța club, one of Romanian football's most technically sophisticated projects, have been competitive without finding sustained consistency in the Play-out. Metaloglobus, in their debut Liga I season, have had an extraordinarily difficult campaign, having failed to win any of their past five Play-out outings. Their position in the lower reaches of the Play-out group reflects the enormous challenge of competing in Romania's top flight without the resources, history or squad quality of their opponents. Away at Farul's Constanța ground, a venue with genuine Liga I calibre they face one of the Play-out's most daunting remaining assignments given the quality differential between the two clubs.
